Getting Started with the Oz Reputation Tool
Introduction
The Oz Reputation tool is a simple web app designed to make it as easy as possible to ask your customers for a review. By sending a pre-generated SMS message with a direct link for the customer to review your business on Google, Oz Reputation removes as many barriers as possible when it comes to getting your customers' feedback.
Getting Started
Since there is now more than one distinct organization using the tool, each organization will have their own separate version of the tool running on subdomains.
Fill out the request form
Once you're on your organization's version of Oz Reputation, simply fill out the basic form, and an auto-generated review link will be sent to your customer's cell phone via a text message.
Depending on your customer's phone and operating system, the end result looks something like this.
