🎁 Added

  • The ability to fully manage negative reviews. (Admins only)

    • Under the "Admin" section, you'll now find "Negative Reviews." This will take you to a list of all the negative reviews that Oz Rep has caught for your organization. Reviews that haven't been marked "Resolved" default to the top of the list.

    • You can search negative reviews, and filter by location, flagged reviews, and resolved reviews.

    • Clicking an individual negative review will show all the details for that review. Including options to flag, resolve, and delete.

    • You can also click to respond directly to the reviewer via SMS (mobile only, as this uses the user's messaging app to respond).

  • Get notified by email of negative reviews that Oz Rep catches.

    • Under the Admin section, when editing a Location, there's now an input field for "Email(s) to receive notification"

📈 Changed

  • The GraphQL API endpoint for developers has been deprecated.

    • Our records showed this wasn't being used, so it has been removed for now.

🔧 Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where a user's permission level wasn't always displayed properly when editing them.
