How to Send a Review Request to a Customer

Once logged in click, the Request a Review button on the homepage. If this is your first time sending a review request, Oz Rep will ask you to set your default location. Once set, you won't have to worry about choosing your location from the list in your organization every time. But don't worry, you can still change what location you're sending the review request for at any time!

Now simply enter the customer's name and their phone number, and they'll receive a specialized text message with your review request.

Changing Your Default Location

Oz Rep will keep track of the specific location in your organization that you send reviews for so that you can send review requests faster. But sometimes you may need to change which location in your organization you want to send a review request for. There are two ways to go about doing this.

Option 1: On the Review Request Screen

On the same page where you send review requests, you can click the Change Location button in the upper-center of the screen and find your location from the list of your organization's locations.

Option 2: On the Homepage

Change your default location from the Home page

From the home screen, click the Change My Location button to be taken to the list of all locations in your organization. You can search or scroll the list to find your new location, then simply click on it to update your default location.

Now the next time you go to send a review request, it will be on behalf of your newly updated default location!
